Time to step it up! Our trainers will keep you motivated as you push your limits and get the best workout we can offer.

STRENGTH & TONE
Our Strength and Tone classes are designed to focus on form and repetition to get you toned while focusing on core and stability.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This class challenges your physical performance. Conducting strength-focused exercises with the intensity of cardio conditioning to bring forth the warrior within.

FITNESS & SELF-DEFENSE
It’s not just a workout—it’s a life-saving skill. Each coed class will teach self-defense techniques, along with fitness exercises that are incorporated into the class.

BOXING FITNESS
Our boxing classes are designed to teach you the proper technique and form required when throwing your punches. You will build stamina and endurance while burning calories.

YOUTH BOXING (AGES 6-11)
Introduce your son or daughter to the world of boxing. In our youth program, we will teach your children basic boxing fundamentals, such as stance, proper form and self-defense. The classes will include boxing drills, sports and conditioning.

GUIDED MEDITATION
Guided Meditation helps improve focus, decreases stress. This practice is good for overall health. We instruct on how to meditate, including demonstrating proper posture, breathing techniques, and mindfulness.

INTRO & BEGINNER SPARRING
Apex offers sparring classes based on skill development using controlled contact and various drills to accelerate your learning. This class is suitable for men, women and teens.
